Gospel Music Since 1995
Jordan Echoes is a gospel band based out of Red Deer, Alberta, Canada. They have a deep love for God and feel very honored to be able to share His great love through music. It is their desire that God be seen in all they do.
Eve Bews is the lead vocalist and her sister, Ruth Seibel plays guitar and adds vocal harmony. Murray Larsen plays harmonica, guitar and as well as harmony and lead vocals. Brad Hopcraft completes the group with the bass guitar and bass vocals.
Jordan Echoes performed many times at "Canada's Gospel Music Celebration" in Red Deer, Alberta. This is the big southern gospel music event that has taken place at the Red Deer Centrium since 1998. They have also ministered many times at the "Harmattan Gospel Weekend" near Olds, Alberta and are co-founders of the Deer Valley Gospel Music Weekend near Alix, Alberta. Jordan Echoes have also played at many churches, jamborees, rodeos, anniversaries, family reunions, cowboy churches, funerals, trade shows and the list goes on.
The trademark of Jordan Echoes is rich harmonies and a fluid sound that blends several types of music into one unique style. Influences include: Country, Southern Gospel, Traditional and Bluegrass. They have a large repertoire of songs including several originals written by Eve or Murray. In 1999, 2000 and 2001, They were named "Vocal Group of the Year" at the Country Gospel Music Association convention and Murray received the honor of "Songwriter of the Year" in 2000.
